Important notes regarding fingerprinting and badge applications


  1. This form must be used to process a NEW badge or to RENEW and existing badge,
  2. Please upload clear and legible images of TWO forms of acceptable, unexpired IDs from the applicant. TSA will not process the application without the correct forms of identification.
  3. YOUR APPLICATION (new or renewal) WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS YOU UPLOAD TWO FORMS OF IDs,

  5. The applicant must provide his/her Social Security Number during the fingerprinting/badging process,
  6. The applicant must bring the originals of the same two forms of identification to the appointment,
  7. Keep in mind TSA penalizes missed or late appointments (even late by one minute) and any fines go directly to the Merchants,


Badge application (new or renewal)

Use this parking-pass application ONLY if the employee already has an unexpired badge.


After receiving and reviewing the application, PRI will create/sign the form the Applicant will need to pickup the parking-pass. This form will be emailed to the merchant. No appointment is required to pickup the parking pass,
